Full description of the position

Duties:

- Manage and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements and contracts
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Coordinate and schedule routine property inspections
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance requests
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information, lease agreements, and financial records
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Answer phone calls and emails with proper phone etiquette

Experience:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and file management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of property management laws, regulations, and best practices
