Vagaro is looking for a high-energy and driven Account Executive to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise-level clients and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate should have a competitive personality, self-motivation to achieve revenue targets, and the ability to explain a technical product to potential customers in person and over the phone. We are going up-market and expanding into the health, beauty, and wellness enterprise sector!

Responsibilities:
- Understand the profile of Vagaro's target customers. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline in conjunction with the sales development representative assigned to you.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, pain points, and competition in order to effectively position Vagaro's suite of software solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, including pipeline generation, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of Vagaro's SAAS technology for salon, beauty, wellness and fitness verticals and be able to articulate how it will drive value for clients
- Develop and manage client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle leveraging all direct and social media connections
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements in Salesforce
- Scope customer requirements and generate detailed value assessments and proposals as needed
- Manage inbound Requests for Proposals from current clients and prospects
- Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Vagaro's solutions, addressing client-specific requirements through off-site presentations, in-market events, and client/prospect account specific initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Participate in trade shows and events as necessary
- Be a team player and work well with others
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a fast-paced sales environment with proven quota performance
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing complex deals.
- Knowledge and practice of consultative sales methods like Solution Selling
- Deft at handling long sales cycles; 6-18 months long
- Self-motivated and responsible individual who will represent the company with the highest levels of professionalism
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Vagaro's solutions to diverse audiences.
- Solid computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Live Chat, and Zendesk
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well within a team environment as well as individually
- Travel Required
