PLEASE NOTE....THIS POSITION IS WITH NTH DEGREE'S SISTER COMPANY, FERN EXPOSITIONS ([please apply online] Nth Degree has joined forces with Fern, providing a substantial footprint in the in-person event and experiential marketing industries.

Fern Exposition is searching for a talented, motivated, and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch service to our exhibitors throughout their entire event. As an Account Executive, you will be a road warrior traveling up to 50 % of the time to show sites (most shows are local to Nashville!!)

Joining us as an Account Executive, you will be responsible for both sales and account services. Utilizing your abilities as a self-starter, demonstrating consistent measurable and effective sales activities. Converting sales leads into lifelong Fern Expo clients through effective communications and strong relationship-building skills. As an Account Executive with event servicing and production responsibilities, this requires that you efficiently multitask, organize and be well prepared, and always be dependable.

What You will do:

  • Building industry relationships that lead to sales referrals and introductions.
  • Performing regular budgeting, scheduling, and sales projections associated with account assignments to management.
  • Maintaining an ongoing budget and fiscal account of the costs associated with producing events.
  • Serving as the client’s primary point of contact following acceptance of an agreement or assignment of an account.
  • Understanding Fern’s philosophy. Communicating our product/service offerings and partner network to accurately inform prospects and provide excellent customer service.

Who You Are:

  • 2 or more years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service.
  • Proven client relationship and service delivery experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Presentation experience – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in trade shows, live events, or related industries preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
