Raumedic is a highly respected and growing organization providing polymer production concepts in extrusion, injection molding and assembly – from the initial idea through to the end component or system - for the medical and pharmaceutical industry. We are one of the most trusted medical device manufacturing partners in the world and seek for the US a Sales Support Manager.

Responsible for:

- Receiving and entering customer orders - pharma Fluid order fulfillment

- Sending or facilitating timely customer order confirmations

- Main liaison between customer's buyers and Raumedic operations to assist with timely purchase order and/or timely forecasts

- Management/measurement of customer forecast accuracy

- Main liaison to move customers to providing blanket purchase orders or rolling 12-month forecasts

- Provide input to the Sales, Inventory and Operations (S&OP) process for customer demand

- Liase with RAUMEDIC OEM and Clinic sales forces to ensure support and facilitate internal communications with cross-functional teams

- Collaborate with RAUMEDIC Logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipments of customer orders in compliance with customer's instructions, shipping terms and internal procedures

- Coordinates US customer forecasted demand, purchase order commitments and order confirmations for RAUMEDIC AG produced products

- Main point of communications between US customer's buyers and RAUMEDIC AG planning and procurement, escalating and advocating for US customer's for AG capacity

- Maintains accuracy and data integrity for open orders report

- Maintains customer's price lists in ERP and collaborates with OEM and Clinic's sales teams on implementation of price increases

- Collaborates with Finance, Procurement and AG functional areas on inter-company pricing changes and US end market impacts, updates ERP US selling prices as needed

- Collaborate with Finance on credit hold matters

- Collaborates with internal functional areas regarding questionnaires (e.g. Supplier or Vendor Questionnaires) and document requests received from customers

-Maintain safety stock levels and oversee and manage Clinic inventory levels

- Collaborate with Clinic logistics on Loaner Bank inventory

- Manage expiry product and collaborate with Finance on expiry and slow moving inventory reserves

- Manage reordering Clinic inventory

- Collaborate with Sales and Finance for rolling forecasts, new product launches and inventory reordering

- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Sales to meet target DSO levels

- Liaison with RAUMEDIC AG to track orders, shipments and lead time.

- Primary contact for customer interactions when customer defines carrier. Keeps customer informed of lead times and questions regarding status of shipments

- Primary contact for RAUMEDIC customers with regard to logistic chain, ordering, and invoicing.

- Liaison and first contact for shipping companies, customs and all other tasks related to the logistic chain.

- Refer to respective Technical Delivery Specification (TDS) in each order confirmation to the customer. Liaison with Engineering & Sales to define respective TDS number

Skills required:

- SAP (preferably)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently

-Ability to work cross-functionally

-Demonstrates an understanding of planning and forecasting

-Passionate about customer service

-Demonstrates Excel skills of an intermediate level or above

-Experience in medical devices or life sciences a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
