Full description of the position

We are looking for an experienced floor covering salesperson for a Maple Grove Retail flooring store. Have to be able to measure flooring areas, be good with people/customers, able to close deals and find new customers. Set your own wage based on your sales. Pay $65,000.00-$150,000.00 Full time, 5 Days a week, including every Saturday. 401K, and company vehicle offered. Must have experience in floor covering sales.

We are a locally owned flooring company and have been in business for over 20 years. Our goal is to have a100% satisfied customer. Our showroom is in Maple Grove and we service the Twin Cities area, and beyond.

Duties include:

• Helping customers that call, or walk into the Showroom.
• Follow up on all leads.
• Maintain and coordinate jobs from start to finish.
• Prospecting to acquire new customers.
• Understanding all products, and recommending the correct product for the customer.
• 2 plus years of flooring sale experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
