ITB Packaging, is an innovative leader in the manufacturing of proprietary in the box dividers for the packaging industry. We are currently seeking a Midwest Sales Representative Position. ITB Packaging is based in Holland, Michigan.
Established in 2011, ITB is an entrepreneurial based company with a strong history of successfully selling our Innovative Solutions into the Automotive Market. In addition to our legacy automotive space, we are looking to expand into new vertical markets such as e-commerce, food & beverage, nutraceuticals, etc.
The Sales Representative will lead our sales efforts in the Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio markets. This position will also provide support to our Independent Brokers, Channel Partners, and lead our direct sales initiatives. Ideally the candidate would reside in the State of Michigan and be able to cover a 3-4 state territory.
Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will drive all the external sales activity in the above-mentioned markets and assist with lead generation programs, marketing campaigns, and customer quoting. This position will work closely with our design & customer care teams and will report to our Director of Sales.
Sales Representative Job Description
The Sales Representative will lead our sales efforts in the Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio markets. The Sales Representative position comes with a competitive compensation and benefits package including 401K, Health & Life insurance. Ideally the candidate would reside in Michigan and be able to cover a 3-4 state territory. Will require overnight travel.
- Ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the revenue generation, margin profile, and capture market share in the Automotive and new Vertical Markets
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving the revenue and net income goals for the company.
- The role requires travel within the above-mentioned markets and might require overnight stays.
- The role will also require attending trade shows, summits, customer visits, etc.
- The position must work with other departments in order to lead new product development, marketing campaigns, and channel partner strategy.
- The position will require supporting brokers, distributors, and other channel partners.
Job Requirements
- Ideally industry experience in Automotive and or Corrugated Packaging Markets
- A self-starter who can independently generate new customer accounts.
- Selling value added or differentiated solutions is preferred sales history.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask are critical skills needed to be successful.
- A strong proficiency in CRM programs or development is highly desired.
- Ability to present in front of a large audience, executive team, and board members.
- Team concept, collaboration, are key to ITB culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
