• You must have a Real Estate License to qualify for this role.
• Responsibilities include recruiting, coordinating and giving trainings, onboarding agents, refinement of current processes, coaching, and encouragement of Realtors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Weekends as needed

• Omaha, NE 68154: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson or Brokers License (Required)
