This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company at the ground floor. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales/Project Manager to join our rapidly growing company in the HVAC, Roofing or Flooring trades.
NOCO works as a subcontractor to commercial builders in the southeast primarily.
Salary with un-capped commissions
Responsibilities
The position is responsible for daily sales calls on existing customers and development of new customers thru cold calling, networking and referrals.
Existing clients in multifamily/commercial construction preferred.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new clients, increasing sales volume, and managing acquired projects with our team.
In addition, you will monitor budgets, revenue, and receivables for each project
The emphasis will be on providing turn-key commercial floor covering, roofing or HVAC services to General Contractors and Property Managers.
Must be able to present products to architects, designers, and other end users.

Work with suppliers, architects, designers, building owners and contractors to provide value engineering cost savings.
Cultivate relationships with general contractors, end users and architects.
Give presentations to customers to educate them on our services and how Noco can be a benefit to them on their projects
Ability to estimate plans to submit quotes with material and labor pricing to existing, new or potential clients.
Work with team to ensure contracts from customer are accurate and in line with estimate/proposal inclusions/exclusions
Work with internal project team to coordinate RFI's & submittals, order materials and project details.
Manage day-to-day project operations in conjunction with the project coordinator or installation supervisor
Help solve problems and ensure that the jobs are running properly.
Work with project team to ensure change orders, billings and close out documentation are submitted regularly and kept current.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendor sales representatives.
Follow up with clients regarding unpaid invoices when neccesary.
Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization at completion of project
Qualifications
Client relationships preferred in the commercial and multifamily construction sector
- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned commercial/multifamily flooring, roofing or HVAC construction professional with a proven passion and drive for sales/project management.
- The ideal candidate will be team oriented, self motivated/starter, and a problem solver.
- Demonstrate good judgment while building lasting relationships.
- Ideal candidate should have working knowledge of blueprints, construction drawings, materials used in our trade, specifications and other related documents
- Candidate will show ability to manage complex tasks while being detail oriented and organized.
- Must have exceptional follow-up skills
- Must have experience using plan rooms, digital take off software and ability to use the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- A High School Diploma/GED is required
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motorized vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
