Full description of the position

Opportunity Summary: As Account Manager/Specialist you are responsible for working with Victory Packaging in an office environment connected to a warehouse facility involved primarily in the delivery, storage and staging of packaging supplies and associated materials.

How you will impact Victory Packaging, a WestRock Company:

• Responsible for completing computer work and general tasks, including: AR Support – pricing / pod / rebills

Customer required reports
Credits/ Pickup / Incident reports

• Responsible for communicating and interacting with Customers and Sales Associates via telephone, email and in person
• Responsible for office restocking
• Answer phones and route calls
• Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience (3-5 years) managing large customer accounts for processes related to account retention, service, and problem solving.
• Software skills including the Microsoft Office Package and custom database software experience is a plus.
• Ability to partner with outside sales to achieve a solid team approach to servicing a customer operationally while creating a customer experience unmatched in the industry.
• Six (6) months customer service experience or six (6) months experience in an office environment
• Analytical Skills - Highly effective analytical skills, ability to quickly identify and understand problems and select appropriate resolutions
• Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Fluency in English required, verbal and written, bilingual skills a plus for some locations
• Excellent speed and accuracy in data entry skills (prefer 60 wpm)
• Ability to identify issues and communicate with team or management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
