Webber Family Motors, is a new Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram along with pre-owned car dealership in Detroit Lakes, MN is looking to add to their sales staff. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, driven people to join the team. Experience is not needed, but being a good communicator and a desire for customer satisfaction is. Car knowledge is not needed but it does help, we have in-house and factory training... we will train you!

Day to day duties include greeting customers in a friendly way and finding their wants and needs in a new or pre-owned vehicle for them. Being able to work with computers and having some technology proficiency is a must. 5-day work week, weekday off if you work that Saturday, closed Sundays.

Very aggressive pay plan, commission plus volume bonus... earn upwards of 120k/yr or more! If you are currently working at another dealership I encourage you to check out our pay plan, we pay well!10 cars a month pays on average $4000-$5000, 18 cars a month pays on average $8000+! We have sales people making over $100k/year plus benefits!
