The Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSS) will be accountable for the after-market customer delivery experience; by increasing parts, service and rental sales volume and expanding the customer base. Executing business plans, focused on both customer maintenance and acquisition, discussing and implementing best practices, and exceeding YoY annual goals. Solidify the customer relationship through partnering and providing value on after-market related services, including but not limited to service agreements, fleet analysis and operator training. This position is an integral member of the Shoppa’s Mid America Sales Team and requires excellent customer service aptitude, great attitude, and the ability to communicate with both internal and external customers.
Assigned geographical in-territory sales for; parts, service, rental and associated allied products
Negotiate sales agreements/contracts directly with customer
Ability to demonstrate products, services, with both product and industry knowledge
Generate proposals, estimates, follow credit and/or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
Follow-up with customers after delivery of equipment to assure that expectations have been met and exceeded
When applicable, assist accounts receivable with collections for customers with their past due balances
Utilize internal CRM for database
Committed to follow-up on open issues to resolution with both written and verbal communication

Educational/Experience Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree required, or equivalent experience
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in sales required; 2-3 years’ experience in material handling industry is preferred
- Understanding all aspects of selling including vendor relationships, profit and loss concepts, and short and long-term goals of the company
- Strong verbal and presentation skills (pptx & excel) and with the ability to ‘think on their feet’
- Meet all deadlines and ability to be provide high quality/details
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
