Requirements:

• 2-3 years verifiable experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
• Knowledge and experience increasing occupancy and overall NOI
• Proven track record with superior customer service skills
• Experience with YARDI and related products such as online leasing, RentCafe, etc.
• Polished professional appearance and articulate communication skills
• A strong leader who faces conflict head on and with confidence
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and after hours when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
