We are an innovative business application software company in Edgewater, NJ.
Job Summary:
As a Temp to Hire Client Success Agent, you will learn how to play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our ERP software. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and assisting them in maximizing the value of our software solutions.
This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent placement based on performance.
Responsibilities:
This position will assist our Client Success team in the following ways:
- Engage with software users to document requests for client support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client calls in our support portal (Zendesk).
- Test and identify bugs in various functions within our software.
- Apply updates and fixes to client systems.
- Update software documentation and instruction materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
· There will be other tasks and responsibilities related to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with end-users and colleagues.
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong ethic and a desire to contribution to the team
- A quick learner who enjoys learning and working with software, technology, and clients from many different business sectors.
- A confident communicator who does not hesitate to ask questions, investigate, and share your findings with the team.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Experience with accounting or ERP software is a definite plus.
- Ability to work during our standard support hours as this is a full-time position.

This is an on-premises (not remote) position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
