Now Hiring - Retail Sales Janitorial Equipment Sales Specialist in Louisville, KY

Join the Kenway Sales team! Kenway is a 4th generation family-owned janitorial supply distributor that has been in business in Kentucky since 1951. We are currently looking for an Equipment Sales & Floor Care Specialist for Kenway's market. This position is a full-time base + commission sales opportunity for a professional problem solver. You will have front line contact with customers and provide sales and technical support to our Territory Consultants. Company vehicle, trailers to haul equipment, fuel card, and mobile phone included with compensation package. The Kenway market is the entire state of Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Existing account base currently established, and the sky is the limit for compensation! There is no cap on commissions!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Grow Sales volume and expand customer base as support to Territory Consultants
• Exceed sales goals and expectations
• Scheduling and performing Gym Floor recoat and refinishing
• Use company documentation process to plan, work and report on activities and results, must be efficient at time management
• Ensure professional development by participating in training and self-study
• Some technical skills required, training provided

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Must be organized and capable to set your own schedule
• Use of computer or tablet for order entry and selling tool
• Valid Driver’s License/Acceptable Driving Record
• Some sales experience preferred
• Some overnights or travel required, all expenses covered by company
• Live in Louisville or surrounding area

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
