Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for building strong community relationships? We are searching for an experienced and innovative Community Association Manager to join our dedicated team.

Our ideal candidate is an energetic, customer-focused professional who has a deep understanding of property management, a talent for diplomatic communication, and the ability to deftly manage a wide variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary contact for community members and address their needs and concerns.

- Develop and implement community rules and regulations to ensure a safe, pleasant environment.

- Organize community events and initiatives to enhance neighborhood engagement.

- Facilitate meetings, manage community projects, and oversee contractors.

- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and assessment collection.

- Ensure all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in community association management or property management.

- Certification as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), or Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of financial management, facilities management, and customer service.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Must be proficient in using property management software like Enumerate (Tops) and Buildium.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
