Director of Sales

• L&R Ultrasonics is a recognized leader in the sale and manufacture of ultrasonic equipment, solutions and accessories worldwide. We are looking for a self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record to grow our business with a blend of new opportunities and work with our existing customer base in this highly incentivized position.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Identify, pursue and secure new opportunities for the distribution and promotion of products

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly

· Build a sales pipeline for achieving revenue goals

· Set sales targets and track performance

· Strengthen and reimagine existing customer/distributor relationships

· Help establish and achieve agreed upon sales KPI’s

· Drive sales volume by industry, such as: medical/dental/industrial/jewelry

· Expand sales in state, federal and local government agencies, including the General Service Administration (GSA)

· Collaborate to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts

· Develop sales and marketing plans, identifying areas of improvement

· Represent L&R at tradeshows and industry functions

We are interested in a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 - 7 years of solid experience as Sales Director

· In depth knowledge of market research, sales forecasting and budgeting processes

· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies

· Results driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
