Systems Sales Representative
Title: Systems Sales Representative Job Type: Salary – Exempt
Department: Sales Location: Anaheim, CA
Supervisor: COO/VP of Operations
SUMMARY
As a Systems Sales Representative, you are responsible for managing the sales of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area. This includes creating and maintaining new and existing accounts while meeting established goals for promoting and selling material handling solutions to ensure profitability with the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:

- Grow sales volume and expand the customer base by selling material handling solutions.
- Exceed all annual sales goals and expectations by completing sales transactions at the highest profit level possible.
- Ability to establish self as the “subject matter expert” of all products represented including significant features and benefits that may be of value to the customer.
- Be an effective business partner to customers and prospects by understanding their business needs.
- Coordinate activity with the territory Customer Service & Sales Representative and Account Manager for New & Used Equipment, to maximize resources effectively.
- Utilize CRM system to manage territory by developing itineraries and call reports, managing prospecting and other call activity and maintaining the database.
- Ensure professional development by participating in Training and other personal development programs.
- Create and present quotes, follow-up with leads, demonstrate product, understand and present financial merchandising solutions/alternatives.
Education/Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Previous industry and sales experience preferred.
- Must be Customer-centric.
- Valid Driver’s License/Acceptable Driving Record.
- Must maintain state levels of automobile insurance consistent with Company standards.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient with MSWord, Excel, and other internal applications such as CRM.
- Advanced organizational knowledge.
- Personal attributes: Commitment / Dependability, Even Temperament, Integrity, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving.
- Field position – must be open to travel.
