Compensation and Benefits

• Earn commission, onboarding pay and bonuses
• $500onboarding pay during the 6-week coaching period
• First-year average income potential: $60,000-$80,000

Responsibilities

• Complete a sales coaching program in your first six weeks
• Pursue sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods
• Close sales in your provided territory
• Collaborate with a sales mentor invested in your success
• Manage customer communication and expectations

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a passion and aptitude for helping people
• Drive to direct your own income
• Coachable and positive mindset
• Valid driver’s license
