Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?
  • Drive sales growth: Assure strategic plans are in place to increase sales with both existing and new accounts, as well as secure new accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies: Responsible for creating effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both Wholesale Division and our retail partners
  • Set sales targets and forecast: Establish targets based on market conditions, company objectives, and historical performance while being involved in forecasting sales volumes, revenues, and expenses to inform budgeting and resource allocation decisions
  • Provide leadership: Review each direct report clearly measuring their development and progress through the year while setting clear challenges and proiding consistant direction
  • Build and maintain customer relationships: Play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with key customers and clients that involve understanding their needs, addressing concerns, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Travel to markets: Stay up-to-date on competitive issues and opportunities while establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with senior management of accounts

Qualifications:
What makes you the perfect fit!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent years of experience required
  • 7+ years of sales management or significant sales experience in a wholesale/retail envronment required
  • Experience with both field and corporate working relationships preferred
  • Sales management reporting experience a plus (ie SAP/BI)
