Rectangle Health Company, an established SaaS Company is looking to fill a full-time Jr. Tech Sales position to schedule appointments with healthcare practices to review their compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, PCI, and cyber security. nThis Jr. Tech Sales position in business development earns a competitive wage of $40,000 - $50,000 per year with a weekly commission opportunity of $600 or more per week; the OTE for the first year is $70,000- $120,000 and up, including commissions. We provide terrific benefits that begin on your first day of work, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), a 401(k), and holiday bonuses. Additionally, this Jr. Tech Sales position receives a 3% company match, cash bonuses, motivational spiffs, and training as well as enjoys many opportunities for growth within our company. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF JR. TECH SALES
nIn this Jr. Tech Sales role, you play a key role in our business development as you drive revenue by building relationships through phone sales. Through your mastery of phone communication, you set appointments with healthcare providers to review their procedures and compliance. Your belief in our mission to protect patients' private health information and to help healthcare organizations achieve compliance makes selling our all-in-one software a cinch. Since this is a business development position, there is amazing potential for future growth to allow you to expand your goals.
nProviding fantastic customer service while conducting phone sales is part of your strategy. You give accurate information to help independent healthcare providers discover how our software can help them avoid common compliance pitfalls at an affordable price.
nWhile you love interacting with people, you are also organized and goal oriented. With attention to detail, you keep track of all interactions with clients. You also stay current on competitor product offerings and industry trends as a key part of our sales development team. QUALIFICATIONS FOR JR. TECH SALES

Previous phone sales experience would be helpful, but it isn't necessary if you have sales development experience and a knack for building relationships over the phone. WORK SCHEDULE
nThis full-time business development position enjoys a well-balanced schedule and typically works Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 4 PM. Half days on Fridays, 7 AM - 1:30 PM. No night or weekend work is required!
