Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc is hiring two (2) Full-time Listing Agents for our E-Commerce Department.

General Purpose: The E-Commerce Listing Agent focuses on researching, pricing and posting items as well as providing customer service through phone and email contact.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to interact and communicate professionally with customers and other Team Members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by researching their concerns or issues.
• Computer skills to include internet research and the use of Microsoft Office Products.
• Determine quality, estimated value and classification of items for sale.
• Ability to stand for 4 hours or more, walk, sit, talk, see, hear, type, and reach.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Photograph and write descriptions for Sale Items.
• Able to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and averages.
• Package, label and shipSold items.
• Ability to meet minimum required posting and shipping quotas.
• Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas.
