Pride Hyundai of Seekonk is seeking an experienced BDC/Internet manager. The right individual will be self-motivated and driven with a sales and goal oriented mentality and enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment. The BDC Manager works closely with the Sales Managers and Sales team and must be comfortable handling outbound and inbound phone and internet leads. Responsibilities Include:

• Hiring and training BDC staff
• Monitoring CRM for maximum conversion
• Assist in handling incoming internet leads and phone calls and setting appointments
• Follow up with leads daily and ensure BDC staff is actively following up
• Generate new leads through email campaigns and equity mining tools
• Work directly with sales team and managers to generate sales traffic and close deals
• Oversee website elements are in place to ensure maximum conversion
• Price shop competition
