Vehlo is a leading provider of software and financial solutions for the automotive repair industry. Our product suite consists of everything the modern auto service provider needs to deliver an excellent customer experience and run a profitable business.
We have shop management and digital vehicle inspection tools for aftermarket service centers as well as dealer service lane solutions designed to improve efficiency. We also provide fintech solutions that power payments, small business loans, and repair financing, allowing us to support repair operations at every touchpoint of the customer journey.
Our Dealership Division is in search of a General Manager (“General Manager” or “GM”) to lead multiple brands focused on delivering software, systems, and services to franchise dealerships. Each of these brands are proven to drive revenue, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction and retention for our customers. The General Manager will be a change agent with a quantitative-orientation and strategic mindset, able to navigate the complexities of highly competitive spaces. This senior leader will be responsible for defining a vision, establishing a strategic direction, and driving growth and profitability of each operation. The General Manager will be tasked with ensuring the Vehlo Dealership brands achieve product/market fit, develop an effective and repeatable customer operations motion, and invest only in initiatives with validated ROI. This individual will have P&L accountability for the Dealership brands assigned, based on the business priorities.
Responsibilities:
Lead a leadership team to develop, present, and execute a strategy focused on year-over-year growth and market expansion.- Own the P&L for multiple brand operations within the division.
- Identify, foster, and establish key partnership opportunities within the broader organization.
- Transform key customer relationships and software partners into tangible anchor relationships who will become champions for our offerings.
- Serve as a leading voice, articulating the ROI of each brand and evangelizing communications in the market around the company’s capabilities within the vertical.
- Build a successful, dynamic, diverse, high performing team.
- Collaborate with Vehlo stakeholders to develop offerings and solutions to meet customer needs and optimize performance today and in the future
- Provide executive leadership in strategic deals and accounts based on dealer group and/or OEM initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated integrity, high energy team player with a history of leading change across multiple business units.
- 15+ years of demonstrated experience as an Executive Operations Leader of a solution, or solutions, in a B2B environment (preferably selling to Automotive franchise dealerships in the US).
- Extensive experience owning brand or functional P&L’s.
- Proven ability to optimize key functional areas across the business including Customer Success, Customer Support, & Implementations.
- Track record of innovating and continuously learning in evolving markets.
- Superior management, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to develop credibility and trust quickly at CXO levels.
