We have an exciting opportunity to join an established manufacturer as a Regional Sales Manager! Our client is seeking a positive, energetic leader to develop and grow their West Coast territory. Some travel is required for this full-time, direct-hire role, but candidates must be based near the company’s Rowley, MA location.

Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager

• Manage and motivate a team of independent dealers and business partners to achieve quarterly and regional sales goals
• Train dealers and partners on existing and new products
• Manage relationships and ongoing business development to ensure lead volume and revenue objectives are exceeded
• Travel with dealers and partners to customer sites and attend training events/conferences
• Develop and maintain positive cross-functional relationships with internal teams
• Provide regular activity reports
• Cultivate new opportunities and make direct sales when appropriate

Qualifications of the Regional Sales Manager

• 5+ years of proven sales success/exceeding sales goals
• Self-motivated team player
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
