Sourced. is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Account Manager for our company, based out of Peachtree Corners, GA. We provide five individual streams of services - Accounting, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Administrative Assistance, and Human Resources - on a fractional basis to our clients and the Account Manager would be facilitating the client relationship and specialists on the account.

Compensation And Benefits:

• $50,000 - $52,000*

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to our clients by building deep, meaningful relationships
• Leading the correction of any client issues, including plans for resolution, communicating the plan to all parties, and delegating action items to specialists
• Facilitate operational details of new client kick-off meetings, including,
• Orchestrate and lead all details for managed accounts
• Provide support to specialists as needed to ensure the success of assigned accounts
• Daily maintenance and oversight of ActiveCollab to track all tasks associated with accounts, specialists' use of time, daily notes and documentation, etc.
• Setup client essential client documentation and ensure proper organization in the Google Drive and ActiveCollab
• Ensure specialists are staying within the scope of work and hours
• Monitor specialists for entering tasks, time, and notes data daily into ActiveCollab
• Oversee specialists schedules, including defining a schedule for work and upholding the schedule
• Accounting Specific - Review client reports prior to submission to the client
• Marketing Specific - Review of marketing materials to ensure the content matches client goals.

Qualifications We Require:

• Previous experience in accounting/bookkeeping (must be present on resume), including:
• >> Reviewing balance statements, chart of accounts, and profit & loss statements
• Previous experience in account management
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or similar fields

*Compensation is flexible dependent on relevant skills and qualifications, as determined by the talent acquisition lead

Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
