Are you a 6-figure sales professional?

Our team of Design Consultants is expanding and the next paid sales training class starts August 28th, 2023.

As a Design Consultant for Mr. Rogers Windows you can:

· Earn $125,000-$250,000 with leads supplied

· Earn monthly bonuses

· Participate in company 401k and profit sharing plans

· Benefit from our in-house marketing lead generation team. NO PROSPECTING OR COLD CALLS.

As a Design Consultant you will:

· Conduct in-home window and door presentations with homeowners

· Use the tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with the customer and offer our window and door replacements products

· Have industry leading product samples, technology and support to assist you in closing the sale

· Run pre-qualified and confirmed leads

Qualifications :

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed

· Previous sales experience

· Home Improvement or In-home sales experience preferred, but not required

· Available to run homeowner appointments on evenings and some weekends

· Strong focus on exceeding customers’ expectations

· Comfortable working on straight commission

· Valid Virginia Driver’s License and reliable transportation
