Prime Appliance in Ashland is looking for a dynamic Sales Professional to manage sales and customer relationships. Competitive pay with a salary and bonus structure and benefits!

The Sales Professional is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through a combination of in-depth product knowledge, a passion for customer service, addressing customer needs and driving profitable sales for the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Takes ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Understands website navigation and proactively leverages technology in order to facilitate the customer experience.
• Completes required training on POS and other systems in the expected timeframe and participates in ongoing learning opportunities.
• Maintains current knowledge of appliance lines, product features, benefits and availability, and, if applicable, delivery, installation and/or service options, to respond to customer needs.
• Processes customer transactions in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, exchanges, etc. in accordance with authorized procedures.
• Partners with other Sales Professionals, and warehouse personnel to provide superior customer service (locate merchandise, assist customers, answer phones, cover for vacations, etc.).
• Resolve customer concerns by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to the Sales Manager.
• Contribute to team success by participating in showroom events and other activities as needed.
• Utilize approved techniques and strategies for creating and writing quotes, ensuring the customer has a positive experience only found at MHC.
• Assist in ensuring the store area is clean and organized. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
