Concrete Polishing + Restoration, LLC located in Caryville, TN (near Knoxville, TN). This Internal Technical Sales Representative with have the opportunity for a Commision potential of $10,000 + !

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Primary responsibility is to support the company's sales efforts by handling customer inquiries, nurturing leads, and facilitating the sales process.
· Become an essential link between potential Customers and Business Development.
· Provide exceptional customer service, generate sales leads, and assist in achieving revenue targets.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
· Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads through research and market analysis.
· Work with the Estimating team in performing project take-offs from construction plans/drawings.
· Work closely with Estimating to provide them with accurate information to prepare and follow up on sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
· Assist in preparing project submittals for contracted projects.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement.
· Must have excellent verbal and written skills in order to interface with potential customers. Must be able to become competent and knowledgeable in the aspects of estimating in a brief period, to close sales and formulating appropriate pricing and specifications.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
· Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis.
· Other duties as assigned.

· A collaborator with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
Requirements
· College Degree Preferred (Not Required).
A Valid driver’s license in good standing.
· Strong general computer skills, advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.
· Must be able to sit up to 8 hours per day.
On-Screen Take-Off experience is a plus.
· Construction/Project Management, and General Contracting Experience is a plus.
2+ Years of College/Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (Not Required).
· Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is beneficial.
