Now Hiring - Retail Sales Jr. Sales & Business Analyst in Providence, RI

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for the planning, analysis and management of replenishment Product.

Detailed, understandable and actionable reporting of replenishment and fashion product.

Integrity and interpretation of sales, forecasts, and results.

Description of Duties:

· Produce analysis and recommend actions to optimize sales and minimize inventory exposure for assigned accounts

· Recognize and highlight opportunities and issues with Sales Account Managers.

· Update Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly Fashion & Basic replenishment reports for review with Sales team on results and inventory levels. Including potential inventory liabilities or additions from Fashion to Basics. Frequency based on customer size and needs.

· Analyze weekly demand, forecasts and sales curves for replenishment product.

· Make recommendations on purchases of replenishment merchandise with the company’s vendors based upon Accounts Sales forecast and vendor lead times. Adjust mode of transportation as needed to maintain In-house stock levels.

· Review stores and recommend any adjustments to models or inventory needs.

· Communicate and interface across all levels of the organization.

· Learn and become proficient in each customer electronic data systems.

· Interface and maintain relationship with counterparts at each customer.

· Co-management of replenishment item forecasts between K&M and our customers.

· Review inventory liability among all businesses and provide plan of action for resolution.

· Special projects as assigned to assist Senior Business Analyst and Sales Team.

Skills/Remarks:

· Expertise in Microsoft Office including High degree of skill in EXCEL and ACCESS.

· Good communication skills (oral and written)

· Must be able to create and interpret detailed analysis at SKU level to make merchandising recommendations

· Understanding of Wal-Mart’s Retail Link System preferred.

· Proficiency in Outlook, JDE System and SAP Business One

· Ability to manipulate images in Photoshop

· Travel as needed by account
