Ford of West Memphis is seeking an energetic, tech-savvy, and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Automotive E-Commerce Expert In this role, you will use your digital prowess and love for all things automotive to connect with customers, provide a seamless online car-buying experience, and drive sales. If you're passionate about technology, love cars, and have a natural ability to sell, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through various digital channels, including live chat, email, social media, and video calls
• Respond promptly to online inquiries and provide a superior customer experience
• Leverage digital tools and platforms to showcase vehicles and conduct virtual test drives
• Collaborate to develop and implement effective online sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technology advancements, and Ford products
