The Sales Operations Business Analyst is responsible for business analytics and reporting for the Amerita Sales team. This position is responsible for the production, analysis, delivery, and management of sales data reporting to support of KPIs within the sales organization.

- Supports the sales team in planning, creating, and executing the company’s sales strategic operational initiatives
- Develops accurate and thorough data reporting to support detailed forecasting and territory analysis
- Works cross functionally to develop detailed reporting and KPIs to guide management with the sales operation strategies
- Evaluates third-party data from Trella Market Scape data base
- Collaborates with other departments to design, manages and alters CRM software, BI Tools, or other technologies to support the sale team
- Prepares, presents, and distributes data interpretation to improve communication
- Effectively leads project management adhering to established timelines
- Responsible for commission and SPIF reporting working jointly with the finance team
- Performs ad hoc analysis and other tasks as assigned and needed
- Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in an analytic field (Operations Management, Business, Finance, or Computer Science)
- Two or more years in business analytics or finance
- Experience in specialty pharmacy or medical experience, preferred
- Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with CRM systems and large datasets
- Experience in Microsoft BI, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
