Ironmill Hardware & Fasteners is one of the leading supply company services construction industry

We're looking for a competitive Outside Sales Representative to develop sales strategies & manage existing customers.

Must have construction material sales experience in rough to finish stages due to our product offerings; Hardware, Fasteners, Nails, Tools, Exterior & Interior Material Products

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer base & establish new sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites
• Provide bids to customers by doing take offs, site measures & customer provided information
• Place & Manager customer orders
• Work with warehouse & delivery teams
• Able to deliver material to customers job sites as needed
• Offering a full range of products and services to new and current customers, including other specialty products lines and the sale of equipment
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations; and comply with government safety requirements and policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ Years of Construction Material Sales ( Hardware, Tools, Exterior & Interior Materials )
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Strong Planning, Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills
• Experience with take offs
• English / Spanish is a plus
• Valid D/L with Acceptable Driving Record Required

Reports to: General Manager

Salary + Commission

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• Framing Hardware: 5 years (Preferred)
• Foundation Hardware: 5 years (Preferred)
• Door And Windows: 5 years (Preferred)
• Flooring & Trim: 5 years (Preferred)
• Tile & Flooring: 5 years (Preferred)
• Exterior Building Materials: 5 years (Preferred)
• Outside Sales: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
