Property Manager

Seeking an experienced full-time on-site property manager to manage a Brand New class A Townhome Community in Chambersburg, PA.

Company is expanding rapidly in Chambersburg, PA and Hagerstown, MD and Martinsburg, WV. Room to grow into Regional manager and Executive Managment positions. Company also owns and operates its own Construction Co. and is the Largest local developer in the Tristate region.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong work ethics who takes pride in his/her work and has strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. EOE.

- Will be responsible for overall condition, operation, and staffing of the property.

- Must ensure the property interior, and exterior is well maintained and highly attractive.

- Should be able to communicate effectively with Regional Manager, staff and residents, to ensure prompt and professional results to all problems and concerns.

- Will assist in preparing the annual budget and obtaining project and contract proposals.

- Prepare invoices and control expenses per budget.

- Maintain an organized system for accurate record keeping.

- Must coordinate with maintenance Technician to assure smooth operation of all daily activities of the service department.

- Be familiar with building maintenance and upkeep requirements and complete inspections on a regular basis.

- Manage on-site personnel including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and record keeping.

- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

- Must have computer skills to access, update and coordinate Building Software Program.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of property management and supervisory experience

- College degree not required

- Excellent customer service, communication skills and follow up

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with financial statements and budgeting

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
