Blinds by Noon, An interior shutter manufacturer is seeking an energetic and competitive in store Promoter that thrives in attracting new business. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious in store acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Our company is looking for an experienced lead generator who can help us scale our business by generating high-quality, exclusive, pre-qualified leads for a free in home estimate to residential homeowners.

We are seeking the right candidate who can provide us with high-quality, exclusive leads that convert into sales.

Job Requirements:

• The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the lead generation industry and a successful track record in generating high-quality leads.
• The candidate can use any approach including in store ( face to face ), social media marketing and referrals.
• The candidate should be able to provide 5-10 qualified leads per week per sales rep.
• The candidate can set their own working hours and work independently, The days we're requesting coverage are: Thursday, Friday , Saturday and Sunday.
• The candidate should have extensive experience in lead generation
• The candidate's success will be measured by the amount of leads generated vs. the number of leads that convert to a sale.
• The candidate will be provided with the training tools needed to be successful.

We are only willing to pay a commission based off of the retail sale from every lead converted to a sale with additional monthly bonus goals based on volume of sold leads.

For reference, our average shutter sale is $4,000.00. (10% of the gross sale would be $400 commission for the lead).

The position is ongoing provided the leads are high-quality and sellable.
