Job description

The Insurance Marketing (IMO) Industry is absolutely thriving right now and as a result we're needing to expand in the area of Case Management/Client Services. It's a great time to explore what we have to offer and be a part of this growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary based on experience and skills

  • Monthly Company paid HSA contributions between $100 - $200 after 90 days of employment

  • PTO – (0-3 years) = 15 days per year; accrued at 1.25 days per month (4+ years) = 20 days per year; accrued at 1.67 days per month

  • Employee referral bonus – if referred hire is employed for 90 days ($250 bonus) 180 days ($500 bonus)

Annuity or Life Case Manager/Client Services

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our licensed insurance agents/producers for pending and in-force annuity or life business.
  • Provide accurate and timely service via phone (incoming and outgoing), email and written communication to IAMS’ licensed agents/producers.
  • Process Annuity New Business applications from submission to commission; review annuity applications and corresponding paperwork for accuracy and completeness, document outstanding requirements, enter the application in the CRM and follow up with carriers until the business is issued.
  • Proactive, daily follow up with carriers to ensure the pending business is being processed timely, accurately noting CRM with current status and promptly communicate status details to the agent.
  • Manage agent and carrier caseload with a sense of urgency, dedication to accuracy and responsiveness, while identifying high priority situations and acting accordingly.
  • Work closely with insurance agents to ensure they have the correct, up-to-date application paperwork required to submit annuity business.
  • Build and maintain strong and effective long-term working relationships with IAMS producers.
  • Scrub applications identifying incorrect or inaccurate information and making necessary changes to ensure it’s accuracy.
  • Make sure financial assets and affordability qualifications are met, assess eligibility for the carrier.
  • Act as the liaison between the carriers and agents.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required in order to meet business service level standards.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
