The most comprehensive urology practice in Northern Nevada seeks an addition to its knowledgeable coding team.

Physician Liaison/Marketing Specialist

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

General Duties

Physician Liaison:

• Surveying local primary and specialty physicians to increase the number of patient referrals to the healthcare system.
• Meeting with local physicians to promote our facility's services.
• Helping doctors to build and maintain relationships with specialists and surgeons to refer patients with confidence.
• Growing physician referrals and connecting our facility with the local healthcare community.
• Meeting with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, new treatments, and thanking them for existing referrals.
• Increasing high revenue procedures and surgeries.
• Reporting to the business development manager and ensuring you comply with the marketing goals and philosophies of our facility.
• Reporting on your progress in building referrals and managing practitioner relationships.
• Arranging and leading public relations campaigns and awareness efforts.

Marketing Duties:

• Increasing brand awareness: Enhance recognition and recall of Urology Nevada as a leading provider of urologic services within the target market.
• Create marketing plans by implementing a comprehensive targeted approach to increase brand recognition, educate the targeted audience and drive patient engagement.
• Campaign planning and execution.
• Brand marketing
• Digital marketing and online presence by creating informative blog posts, articles, and videos addressing urologic conditions options, and success stories to educate and engage a broad audience.
• Search engine optimization (SEO): Optimize the website and content for relevant keywords to improve search engine ranking and increase organic traffic.
• Social media marketing: Utilizing platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to share informative content, engage with the community and foster conversations around urologic health.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
