Inside Sales Representative in Huntington, WV
The inside sales representative is responsible for generating revenue by proactively selling products or services to existing and potential customers. They primarily work from an office or a remote location and interact with customers via phone, email, or other digital communication channels. The inside sales representative will build relationships, identify customer needs, provide product information, and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
•Proactively reach out to prospective customers to generate new leads and salesopportunities.
•Nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfactionand identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
•Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
•Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services that alignwith their requirements.
•Present product information, pricing, and benefits to customers in a compelling andpersuasive manner.
•Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customerservice.
•Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, andmanage leads and opportunities.
•Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet sales targets anddeliver a seamless customer experience.
•Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
•Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
•Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activitiesto enhance sales skills.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a related role.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong sales and negotiation skills.
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
•Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•Self-motivated and able to work independently.
•Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
•Knowledge of the products or services being sold and the industry.
•Good organizational and time management skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing salesstrategies and priorities`
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $41,830.03 per year
