Full description of the position

Seeking outstanding individual for inside and outside sales/customer service position in a fast paced environment.

Candidate should be customer and problem solving focused. Wholesale and retail sales experience with a background in industrial, agricultural and general automotive environments a plus. Must have the ability to problem solve; good communication skills; attention to details; good time management; dependable; ability to deal with competing priorities and personalities; be reasonably bilingual in English & Spanish; be able to do basic math and read at a 12th grade level; and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. POS experience a plus.

Candidate will be required to do customer site visits in all types of environments and weather conditions. Light manual labor is a part of the position. Candidate must be able to regularly reach, stand, sit and lift approximately 50 lbs without assistance.

Outside travel area is approximately a 50 mile radius of the Las Cruces, NM area.

Candidate must have a clean driving record and be insurable on company vehicles. Background check and drug testing will be conducted.

Salary commensurate with experience. Pay is base plus commission.
