Job Description: We are an established home improvement company seeking experienced sales representatives to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for following a proven system for success and maximizing sales opportunities. We prioritize excellent customer service and provide a marketing program that generates genuine customer interest, eliminating the need for cold calling or telemarketing. Responsibilities:

• Follow up on highly qualified and preset appointments with potential customers

• Learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,301.48 - $150,094.26 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
• Monthly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pennsville, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
