This job will keep you active and engaged throughout the day, greeting, and assisting customers with Paint & Stain questions, and helping them with paint mixing and matching. You’ll be trained in how to mix different paint colors along with different paint and stain applications and processes. The painting season is heating up and the department has a nice customer service buzz. The ideal candidate will have paint & stain experience. Customer service and or retail experience a plus.

***This job requires you to be over 18 years of age and have the ability to work on site at the Mountain Hardware and Sports store located at 910 Tahoe Blvd #103, Incline Village, NV 89451***

Responsibilities

• Offer paint product selection advice to customers
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of paint counter and aisles on daily basis
• Aid customers in locating merchandise in store while offering top notch customer service
• Assist in processing special orders
• Stock products and maintain back stock area

Skills and Qualifications

• Paint & Stain general knowledge preferred OR desire to learn.
• Customer service experience
• Ability to distinguish colors for mixing and matching
• Ability to work full time including 1 or more weekend days each week. Part time considered for applicants with paint experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour
