- Must be coachable/trainable
- Must currently live in the Knoxville area or have concrete plans to move within the next two months.
- Life Producer License and Health/Accident Producer License must be attained before the start date. However, we will assist you through the process and provide reimbursement for the costs.
Training:
We invest in you via a robust 13-week training program. In the classroom and the field, our most accomplished sales leaders will take the time to coach and mentor you in direct sales excellence. Cross-selling, referral networking, and benefit package sales are examples of the professional training you will receive. In addition, our new hires start connecting with clients within their first few weeks, allowing them to start building a book of business as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
