Position Description
Export Sales Coordinator
Summary:
This individual will provide Sales support to export customers and distributers, primarily located in Europe. They will interface with our subsidiary in Hungary, Fisk International, to ensure that they have adequate Finished Goods to support sales plans, and that logistical support is provided to keep inventory at optimal levels.
They will coordinate sales activities with existing customers throughout Europe and South Africa, as well as exploit opportunities to grow export sales through new customers and distributers.
They will set goals and targets with the Fisk Executive team and will prepare plans and execute them to achieve the goals and targets. This individual will be a self-starter who thrives on identifying and closing Sales opportunities, setting stretch targets, and overachieving against them.
The Export market is underdeveloped for Fisk Industries and represents a significant growth opportunity and focus market for our continued growth and expansion. This position is well poised for a positive trajectory within the organization and will have a dramatic impact on the future growth potential of the company.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between export customers and distributers for Fisk Industries
- Partner with Fisk International, establishing a key role to maintain logistical support of inventory levels of our Hungarian subsidiary.
- Determine how best to service new customers, through Fisk International, or direct from Fisk Industries USA.
- Process all Export Orders, from PO receipt, through the internal sales order and fulfillment process, providing logistical support for shipments, through invoicing and customer payment follow up, as necessary.
- Set aggressive Sales targets and prepare plans to achieve these stretch goals. Execute the plans necessary to meet Sales to exceed objectives.
- Track success and report on KPI’s frequently so that the Executive Team is always fully aware of status of activities.
- Provide documentation support to facilitate shipments and customs clearance as required.
- Provide documentation to support International Regulatory submissions for current and all new product offerings.
- Provide coordination in preparation for international trade shows, securing samples, trade show logistics, and participating as necessary.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Account Executive is critical for success.
- Knowledge of the Cosmetics / HBA categories is a plus.
- International Sales experience, ideally European based, is preferred.
- A college degree is required.
- Excellent MS Office Knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Documentation and reporting skills are essential to track performance and keep the executive team informed of progress.
- Knowledge / experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
