Rental Leasing Agent
Block & Associates Realty is looking for a full-time employee who will serve as a leasing agent. This person will work with clients landlords to list homes for rent by Block & Associates Realty. Showing properties to prospective tenants will also be required.

• Must be sales driven, have a positive personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer facing role will require some evening and/or weekend hours depending on client needs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have experience with real estate.
• Possessing a NC real estate license is a must.
• Proven work experience as a leasing agent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• There will be opportunities to handle sales transactions.

This is a salary plus bonus role and is not an independent contractor role. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance availability, 401-K, paid holidays, paid vacation, and AFLAC availability.
