We’re looking for an awesome Floating Leasing Professional to join our team.

As a Leasing Professional you will be the primary point of contact for residents and prospective residents.

Objectives

-Lease apartments to potential residents.

-Float between properties.

-Accurately complete leasing signings, work orders and other general -documentation.

-Organize and file all paperwork.

-Participate with ongoing resident retention.

-Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong sales ability.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
• At least one year of leasing professional experience
• Must have weekend availability
• Please list 3 professional references

Pay: DOE

Job Type: Full-time
