COMPANY OVERVIEW

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage multiple customer accounts and achieve automation sales goals
  • Manage construction & renovation market for sales opportunities
  • Attend pre-bid meetings & site surveys for estimation details
  • Develop automation project scope, estimate, energy saving ROI, and proposals
  • Maintain CRM tracking via Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar
  • Work to support account executives with estimation, proposals, presentations, etc.
  • Assist with project management duties, as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of recent automation sales / support experience preferred
  • Engineering / technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in software tools for estimation, proposals, ROI, and CRM preferred
  • Prior knowledge, and utilization, of Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Knowledge of local commercial construction market and bidding processes preferred
  • Knowledge of local commercial contractors, facility managers, owners, engineering firms, and general contractors preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style.
