Superior Support Resources, Inc. (SSR), is an award-winning technology services provider, we are growing and looking to add an Account Executive (AE) to our team. The Account Executive (AE) is an integral part of the Superior Support Resources, Inc. (SSR) team and is responsible for all aspects of the client relationship with SSR. AEs work closely with all customer-facing departments within SSR to ensure that each client receives the highest standards of service. A consultative selling role, AEs act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process including acquiring new clients, expanding business with existing clients and managing accounts on an on-going basis.
Requirements:- Primary contact for all of your clients, meet with them to understand their business needs and align SSR services/solutions to meet those needs
- Executive for 30-50 accounts; 2-3 million book of business
- Solution development/presentation

- Engagement, Alignment and Education with your clients
- Internal customer advocate development
- Manage existing accounts and acquire new accounts; build relationships and remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are being met
- Secure 20-30% of new business development revenue
- Grow existing accounts into recurring (or future managed services) contracts, increase frequency of visits or position additional services the account purchases
- Act as a consultant and establish account goals in the form of projects, programs and services – this should be done through the Business Technology Alignment Process for the client with a recurring engagement greater than once a month
- Act as Project Coordinator and communicator by
- Reviewing completed project plans with clients
- Assisting Client Care Team in communicating schedule changes with clients
- Participating during critical cutover timeframes
- Communicating and attaining change control sign-offs
- Obtaining project completion sign-offs
- Stay up to date with technology trends and resources
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
