Position Overview:

This role is responsible for being the main point of contact/subject matter expert for process and system related issues and questions within the Sales module. The role is also responsible for providing detailed analysis, technical support, incident resolution and follow-up activities for WINA SAP users in the Sales module.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBITLIES include the following and all other duties assigned:

• Work with key-users and end-users within the WINA organization as the primary point of contact on SAP technical issues within the Sales module.
• Provides support on incoming SAP incidents while troubleshooting, providing root cause analysis and resolution of issues using Ivanti and Solution Manager.
• Coordinate the escalation of higher level system issues to the WINA SAP Consultant team.
• Assists with training sessions for new and existing employees on process and system functions related to department specific processes and procedures.
• Assists with developing and updating training materials, processes and work instructions.
• Assists with testing for SAP system upgrades, patching and implementation projects
• Perform special projects to ensure consistency and accuracy of system parameters, process and procedures
• Assist with EDI troubleshooting by reviewing errors, IDocs, transactions, data and then coordinate with end-users (escalate to EDI Administrator when appropriate)
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• 1-2 years Process or Project Support Experience.
• 1-2 years experience in assigned SAP functional area (Sales)
• Able to identify productivity and improvement opportunities, work with people cross-functionally, and deliver results.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Ivanti a plus (ITSM support center software)
• Strong trouble shooting skills with attention to detail and the ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, written documentation and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey information to end users.
• Ability to train individuals on Sales module functions and processes
• May involve travel up to ~15%
