UL Solutions provides medical device manufacturers with a complete offering of third-party regulatory approvals, product testing and certification, auditing, cybersecurity testing, usability testing, and the training to support your compliance challenges.
The candidate in this role manages and coordinates with UL Solutions' customers and stakeholders in the Medical Device Industry. Assists in carrying out pre-determined strategies as an industry lead to generate sustainable revenue and achieve business goals. Builds and maintains strong client and industry relationships and participates in customer meetings and public seminars to find avenues of profitable growth. Promotes the organizational capabilities to clients, and identifies target opportunities to be forwarded to account managers in order to drive a foundation of industry growth for UL Solutions in the Medical Devices Industry. Works with strategic accounts to understand emerging needs of their organization.
- Executes business strategy in collaboration with engineering, sales and marketing teams.
- Identifies new services to drive profitable growth; develops and executes business plans to drive them to fruition
- Develops and manages relationships within the Medical Device Industry to drive UL’s brand recognition.
- Attends seminars and industry meetings to promote UL Solutions’ services and value proposition.
- Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.
- Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings.
- Demonstrates industry leadership in the development of global account strategies, goals and plans.
- Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.

What makes you a great fit::- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- 10-12 years of experience in business Development or corporate account management preferably in the Medical Device or Life Sciences industry
- Demonstrated ability to understand industry trends and insights and develop innovative services to serve a Global customer base
- Ability to sell at the highest level with a compelling value-add strategy approach
- Detailed understanding of the Medical Device industry product lines and target markets
