Must have a Calif Dept of Real Estate Sales License Tue-Fri 8:30-5:30 Saturday 10:45-3:30

hourly + bonuses

Duties:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms
- Process rental applications, including verifying applicant information and conducting background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
- Collect rent payments and deposits from tenants
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized files and records of leasing activities
- Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance requests
- Assist with facilities management tasks as needed

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Ability to negotiate lease terms and upsell additional services or amenities
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• California Dept of Real Estate Sales Lic. (Required)
