Broadway Equipment Company is a Market leader in the Automotive Dealer Industry, manufacturing automated car wash systems and providing a customer retention program to OEM Auto Dealerships. What You Will Do:
- Build and manage a full cycle sales process; prospect to close; meeting quotas
- Gain full understanding of our value propositions
- Effectively communicate to potential and existing customers
- Territory: TN/KY area
Qualifications:
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with face-to-face sales experience
- Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills developing relationships with business owners, presidents, and executives
- Good communicator; demonstrates the ability to listen with a purpose to gather information during a sales call.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding your quotas
- Passionate about sales; enjoys entrepreneurial environments and the opportunity to build something
- Sales experience selling to car dealerships or any kind of car dealership/ Carwash experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
This is a full-time commission-based position with expected first year earnings between $100,000 – $125,000. You will be earning 2 types of commission:
1. Capital equipment sales commission providing a one-time substantial commission. This will come from the Broadway Equipment product line of automated vehicle washers; endorsed by all the major car manufacturers and holds better than a 45% national market share position within the auto dealer market.
2. Subscription sales commission providing an ongoing monthly residual commission. The Auto Butler product line is a paint preservation program / customer loyalty program sold as a value-added option to the dealers’ consumers. This product line creates an annuity commission every month for a minimum of 5 years.
- Our top representatives earn over $300,000 per year.
- This is a position for the entrepreneurially minded (1099 position, preferred).
- We offer some startup assistance in the form of a salary draw during training and the first year.
Preferred Skillset:
- 2+ years of OEM car dealership experience (working at or selling to car dealerships) or car wash management experience is a plus
- Capital Equipment sales; business development; cold calling
- This position requires someone who has excellent communication skills, is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
